ID Theft
help!!!!!!! how much time do you think i will do??? wrong info on presentecing report, what do i do?!?!?
i found out today that there is some info on my background report that isn't correct. they used this for my psi report for sentencing. what do i need to do to get this fixed???? also i am 26 weeks pregnant (high risk... and will be 30 weeks at the time of sentencing) so wondering if they will take that into effect during sentencing as well.... scared out of my mind!!! the father no longer wants to be involved if i am in jail and do it without me... dont know what to do, but can't go to jail. first child, and have no criminal history. first time in trouble. 21 years old, and not a drug or alcohol charge..... they said that i'm looking at 0-5 years in prision and am freaking out! my lawyer said they will probably give probation but can't promise anything. should i be worried??? dont want this wrong info come up to hurt me (am working on filing ID theft reports now, will this help fix the psi report??? dont want them to think i was lieing when i wasn't.....). lawyer wont answer my calls!

- Tell your attorney to tell the prosecuter exactly what happened so that the judge can be aware of the error.If there's no criminal history you most likely will get probation adjudication which means that you can't afford to get yourself in any kind of trouble with the law.Its all up to the judge some will have compassion with a pregnant mother to be.Take care and Good Luck.
