- You can report it to your ISP. Also the e-mail provider for them will, in most cases, not want the account to be used fo illegal purposes. In the USA, you can report all suspicious contacts to the Federal Trade Commission through the Internet at www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft/, or by calling 1-877-IDTHEFT.
