Error message when I try to open HP SimplePass Identity Protection?
Help! I just bought an HP Pavilion dm4 and I tried to open HP SimplePass Identity Protection to set it up, but I keep getting a message saying that I need to reboot the computer or reinstall the program. I have tried both. What do I do?
