what is Credit Protection Assn in Texas? Is it for consumers or sharks?
Today I received my Capital One creditcard statement with a charge from Consumer Protection $151.04. Never heard of them. Tried to call them and they asked for a ref #.(?) .then they hung up. there was no live operator to ask why this bill is on my CapOne account.

- You need to dispute that charge ASAP with Capital One. If you pay your bill online with Capital One, when you go view your statement, you can click on that particular purchase, and there will be a place where you can click if you want to dispute the charge.
