i want to talk with yahoo team who are watch yahoo;s customers email id. i want some information in theft case?

i am a regular user of yahoo, you can check, i want one e-mail id information, the person of that e-mail id has stolen my debit card & had withdraw Rs. 23000. i have a copy of police report against him, i can mailed scan copy to you, so please help me to find out him.
