is the Justice System Fiar for non citizens?

Chris Evans MP Minister for Immigration and Citizenship Parliament House Canberra ACT 2616 Dear Honourable Minister Client ID: 33826086 Hi, I would firstly, like to start of by saying it is a pleasure to write this letter to you in a request for me as an Lawful individual who is in a desperate plea to stay in this country, AUSTRALIA, as I have called it my home, I have been resided here in this country for about maximum 20 YEARS and after all those joyful years of educating myself {kindergarten, Primary, High school, ALL Completed Successfully} socializing with family members and friends, and lastly, adopting to Australian lifestyle, I have been finally asked to go back to FIJI a country which I don’t even know about, I’ve been born their and that is all I know. I don’t know if I have anyone their to support me far as I know all my relatives who are citizens of this country are living here. I have heard a lot about the Justice System of Australia, it claims to provide RIGHTS and FREEDOM to all individuals stated/resided in this Country, let me ask this, what kinds does rights and freedom does unlawful Australians have {Opp’s we shouldn’t call ourselves Australian’s, because we are not} do we have rights of Self Protection {been detained by the Immigration Department 2 times in the same year of 2000} do we have rights to Educate ourselves{ after successfully completing High school by the year 2004, wasn’t even allowed to study no further} do we have the rights to seek Governmental and Non Governmental organisation to help support us, well the answer is NO, do we have the rights to provide/ fulfil ourselves and others with as what we call our needs and wants the answer again is stated clearly NO. Because most of unlawful residents aren’t entitled to be given a working permits. Does unlawful Australians have the right to seek medical aid for case of illness or sickness, well in order to do so your need to pay significant amount of dollars to use the facility. Think about it where would all does people get money to pay for it, do we have to steal, or murder, or rob a bank. Talk about FREEDOM do most unlawful residents have freedom to live a life without fear of someone coming out to get them, and hopefully detaining them, and same time or after 28 for some {fortunate people} sending them back to their country. You may be asking then why these people here, well Mr. Evans many people come to this country to seek a beginning of a new life {as we have came here of lots of hopes and dreams, starting a life without fear, fear from the native Fijians who would try to harms us during the coup 1987, hoping not to get raped or get our heads slashed off, what should we have done during that time, I guess we should have become one of those victims} I’m not talking for my own sake I’m talking about all people who are just like one of us. In term of providing evidence for the events, should we have known that all this is about to happen so we could have started to video shoot the footage, should we have asked the doctors to write us a reference stating what type of injuries we have {if any doctors were alive at that stage} or we should think to do something like how about saving ourselves, by going to a foreign country. I really hope you understand what I’m stating hear sir, because I believe no matter who we are or our status of this country we all should have the rights and freedom as to all other Australian who are Citizens of this Country. We are no dogs or cats we are believed to be Humans. I have personally had enough of my life Mr. Evans tell me what should I do, shall I suicide or shall I ask all the people who are in this situation to protest. No one and I mean NO ONE should ever in their life should experience these types of situation, do you have any idea how a simple day goes by without thinking about our future, do you have any idea how we sleep, do you have any idea at all sir of how we feel, what would you have done if you were one of those unlawful Australians living in this country and in this position as to where we are standing now. Think about this why would anyone wish to leave their birth place and come to a foreign Country at the first place, if their weren’t anything wrong we would have probably chosen to live their, why would anyone want to suffer. As for our situation we accept that it was our fault we only had the visa just for a day in this country, we didn’t choose to go back because we were scared, why would you want to place yourself in risk if you’d know that place is dangerous. That was the reason why we didn’t go back. Just for that mistake why do we suffer for so long? Tell me sir did we brake any law as in murder someone or charged for theft, or did we spend 20yrs behind bars {because that is what it feels like} or was I apart of the terrorist gang. no sir I believe we never did that all our fault was that we over stayed here one more thing as for an non citizen of this country I would never dream in my life to do anything so damn stupid like that cause I always meant that this Country was for me. Will you ever want to come over and see for your self of how we live, or that won’t matter at all as for we have no rights to have a say, or it is just some other fictional stories made up by a non Citizen hoping to get heard. All I ask for is for you to try and understand and help us that’s all im not asking you to give us money or anything, if it was for money wise I shall start prostituting {easier way to earn money we aren’t allowed to work}.iam so sorry and I apologise to you sir as for my reaction, but their isn’t any other way I can explain you my personal situation of what I’m going through, sometimes I wish I wasn’t even born but thanks to my parents they have gone through so much just to get me to where I’m at{ no where actually, I have no life} they also made me realise what the whole world has in store for us. So Mr. Evans our future is in your hands so please as for your self an Australian Citizen why cant you help many people to achieve their goals why don’t you set you’re self as a role model of whom we look up to as a TRUE AUSSIE with a true heart, why cant you let other people to hopefully become an successful person like you. Lastly, I believe this world was created by god, and he is the only master, law is created to help shape the country and help the country run smoothly not to over rule people’s life. Why did god create the world for then, was it for helping him to decide that where should people live, no he has created this wonderful piece of land for all types of creatures and humans to live a life that it should be lived as. Now its your turn to decide, even if you still wish to throw me out of this country, I will be more happy to leave but those memories will still haunt me. Note: This statement above was an actual statement based on true events, after reviewing this piece of material I wanted to let the whole world to think is the justice system being fair on people who are not residents of their country they reside. 1. the justice system is fair to all people now why and how did someone evade australian immigration for 20 yrs if they entered the country and overstayed then no matter what they did and how long they lived here in aust the fact remains that they are stillillegal when ppl enter australia illegally they take away from our resources I too was born in Fiji and am of the Indian race but I am an australian because an australian is someone who is an australian national not neccessarily someone who is born her so if this particular individual does not hold an australian passport they r not australian Yes we all have the right to be happy but we do not have the right to expect countries to accomodate our illegal activites if this person needs to migrate to australia let her / him use the proper chanels and meet the immigration requirements as other migrants like my parents had to just think this person went to school here because of this person one person who was entitled to study at the schools this person went to missed out on a place and was moved to another school yes there are always more applicants then places so someone who is a legal resident was bumped out as for the world being created by god wlll thats well and good but this lecture needs to be given to rambuka and all the makes and the new guy who staged a coup australia is just a soft taregt and this person is attempting to get sympathy why doesnt this person go back to fiji and tell the fijian govt about their thoughts on god and land laws im now actually amused and well what can i say laws r just and fair but this person has broken the law what do they want now
