Is lifelock worth it ?

I've been thinking of signing up for lifelock ID theft protection. Does anyone have it, or have opinions on it ?

funny you mentioned Lifelock. This company is currently under fire with consumer complaints due to the credit bureaus not stopping thief's from stealing their identity. The creator of Lifelock actually has commercials and ads where he shows his real ssn and name. He also admitted in the article that he has had approx. 52 people obtain a drivers license in his name. I wouldn't want to deal with that. Keep your money and get the security freeze b/c as long as you keep the number active you provide you can apply for credit and then be contacted immediately for verification.
