It is possible to TRY to get a plea bargain if you are charged with any crime. Whether the prosecutor agrees to it depends on thousands of factors.
If its a false accusation then toughen up and fight the case because you r inocent der hello if you didnt do it the fight the case and you prob will win,.... lol on the other hand maybe you did it! but anyways good luck
If you are being falsely charged, why cop a plea? Fight the charge! Then go after your ex for falsifying a document. The DA love to plea bargain to move the cases along--doesn't mean it's right. Go after your ex if you are not guilty. By accepting a plea, you admit to guilt.
