What do you think of the Law Lords taking away the protection of witness identities?
Yet again their lordships putting the accused human rights above those of the public.

- we really have a set of tossers running our country, a govt that lets all the foreigners in, a police force that only wants to deal with motoring fines and a court system that is too scared to convict.
- Same as I thought when this question was asked earlier this morning.
- I don't think it's right. There is a reason why some witnesses testify anonymously and their rights should be protected. This is going to cause a lot more criminals on the street!
