- well first I need your adreess, name, and mothers maiden name for me 2 help you
- I would contact the health department of the county/state where you wer born, as well as contact the social security admin office, you may want to try looking on thier site to report a lost/stolen card they may have suggestions of what to do and may issue you a new number, though I am not sure if they will or not for a lost card.
- Take it from experience. Make a police report on the things that were lost. Is not much you can do until someone begin using your information. If you have credit cards enrolled in the credit monitoring program that they offer, and they will let you know every time your credit is verified or new accounts are open. The bureaus won't do anything for you, as to put a Fraud Alert on your social, until you can proof that you are being a victim and you have fraudulent accounts on your credit report.
- call up social security office. go to law enfocement website: ftc.gov/idtheft call law enforcement officials: 1-877-438-4338
