"Protection Payment Plans", how do you for credit card companies to stand by the agreement????
I personally believe this is just another scam from credit card companies to get money!!! When you try to use their "Payment Protection Plans", all of sudden their rules change!!! So, how do you get these people to honnor that agreement????? Yeah, tell me about it. My fiancee had double surgery last year, so he was off of work for a month. Now the lovely Discover Card, says that hospital stays doesn't count. Liars. Just a legal form of the MOB.

- to the best of my knowledge you have to file a complaint, then your boun by their arbitration agreement. So your likely to have to go to the state where the credit card was issued. other than that, your going to need a lot of patience and long distance air time. I have never had to deal with the situation you have described. Only delt with the credit card companies themselves and that is enough to make you want to get a gun and go postal at Capitol One main office!!!! sorry this isnt much help to ya Ghost. Looks like everyones leaving this one alone. but it does bring up a good and valid issue, just how effective is it to buy this insurance if the rules for its usage is not clear to begin with?
