credit protection....?

there is a commercial on tv for this certain type of credit protection. The main guy in the commercial puts his social security # on the side of the truck because he is that confident that it works. Does anyone know what this is called?

1. credit protection is another way to draw consumers to pay more for service that already exists. Mastercard users gets a phone call whenever an unauthorized charge is made and you can dispute the charge easily.
2. The company that offers that service is called LifeLock.
