- No! Trust me they will find out and then you'll be charged with insurance fraud.
- Not a good plan at all. You have different social security numbers and they will see this if you get in an accident or whatever. And also it is insurance fraud which is taken very seriously!
- no. they are going to run you by drivers license numbers, and your date of birth, and your social security number. Im pretty sure your dad would not appreciate this. plus, lets just say by some miracle you got a policy under your dads name instead of yours. thats fraud, and you have signed a legal contact misrepresenting facts. no company would EVER pay out on a claim and once they found out the least they would do is cancel your policy.
- No, the benefactor is based on social security number not name. j
- identity theft is a federal offense even when you are only stealing a family members identity. Is a few bucks off your insurance worth 10 years in prison?
- you can, but it is illegal. It may work if you are showing it for a tickt, but for an accident... they probably won't cover it.
