ID Theft

I need some advice on some felony issues i am going up agaisnt.?

I got arrested for theft 3, fraud use of a credit card and identity theft. I got arrested in December 2007 and when i went to my arraignment mu case hasn't been filed. I got an attorney and my case still hasn't been file. My question is will it look good in the courts eye that i have a good full time job, and if i go to jail i will loose my job. I pay for insurance truck payment and i use to pay for college. And i have no prior record before this incident. I just need some advice. I need to stay out of jail to keep my job. I have the 500$ to pay restitution.(500 dollars is what was spent on the credit card) Please if i could get some good adivice and good words that would be great. and i don't need rude adivce either. I'm sorry for what i did and i didn't have my head on straight. So give me helpful and iseful advice. thank you

1. You need to talk to your attorney, not us.
2. they dont care if you have a job or not. if you have a good lawyer maybe you wont do anytime, or just a little bit. if your using a public defender then your going to prison
3. Talk with your attorney about doing a Plea on Information. That's when an unindicted person pleas to the offense and usually ends up paying restitution and going on probabtion.
4. Local law enforcement would send you to jail for at least 90 days.
5. all that going for you and you steal...lie and cheat... I hope you get the maximum penalty
6. Don't think you will walk away from this one. Might not have been so bad if you hadn't committed identity theft, that is unforgivable and extremely serious. Perhaps a good lawyer could plead it down, but don't build your' hopes up. As the old saying goes, if you can't do the time don't do the crime. Good luck.
