can a cell phone company release the identity of your number to an insurance agency?

- How did they even know what carrier you use? I do not believe they should be releasing numbers to other people.
- I guess not. You or the account holder are the only people who should be providing the information to the insurance agency.
- The only way they can get this information from a cell phone company is they have to have a legal court order sign by a judge.
- If they have a court order then, yes. Definitely.
