ID Theft

How come yahoo wont answer my question regarding my id theft?

I think my one yahoo id was stolen,I have notified them twice have gotten no response,also,does anyone get someone that logs into messenger,and they are not on your list?

1. OK if you think or feel your id has been compromised, get a new id and password.If you have used that id and password for other sites ,delete on those sites also. Now as for ppl popping up ,they are bots, just turn on your pop blocker that will help stop and if and when they do pop up click on them ignore and then report. that should help. Also are you using p2p(peer too peer) software, thats another way too gain your id and files.
2. you won't get a personly response from yahoo. if your yahoo ID was stolen. Don't e-mail yahoo, they never answer anybody e-mail. if you live in usa, you can have your password reset by call yahoo customer serrvice at 1(866)781-9246. all you need is answer the fllowing question which enter when you Create Your Yahoo! ID. what is your Birthday, your ZIP/Postal code and the answer to your Security question? It only took about one min for them to reset my password because someone stolen my yahoo ID. good luck.
