Psychology help?

Psychologists who support the diagnostic criteria of dissociative identity disorder argue that the sharp increase inreported cases in recent decades is probably due to: a - the fact that most insurance plans now cover treatment for dissociative identity disorder. b - the greater prevalence of drug use among grade-school children, which may produce dissociative identity disorder in adulthood. c -greater clinical awareness of the disorder and of its symptoms and increased screening for dissociative symptoms. d -greater coverage of sensational dissociative identity disorder patients in movies and television shows, making it easier for disturbed people to mimic the symptoms.

  2. Well, I just happen to be taking an abnormal psych class right now and when we covered that material my prof said that it was "d"- greater coverage of sensational dissociative disorder patients in movies and television shows, making it easier or disturbed people to mimic the symptoms.
  3. I'd either say A or D.
