2. Most states require that the three majors credit bureaus offer you one copy of your credit report yearly. Simply go to the websites ie: transunion.com, experion.com and equifax.com and fill in the information and read them online free. Or you can send for your report by mail to the three bureaus and they will send you a free copy, once yearly. If you want to know your credit score, you will have to pay them $6.95
3. There are some circumstances when you can request your credit report from the credit reporting services. (For instance, when you are denied credit, you can request your report to check for errors.)
