best credit monitoring websites?

Public Comments

  1. The best one would be www.freecreditreport.com
  2. The answer you just received is correct. You can also log into http://www.experian.com/consumer; you can subscribe their service. Other credit reporting agencies offer their own services as well, i.e. TransUnion, Equifax. You can also requests an annual credit report from: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp, in most states it is FREE (once a year you are entitle to get a free one from all three credit bureaus). You are entitle a free report if there are fraudulent activities or declined credit from any credit grantors. Good Luck!
  3. I assume you are asking about daily tri-merge capability. If you have Amex issued card, go for CreditSecure. It has to be an Amex card though to be eligible; a partner Amex like BOA or Costco Amex won't work. You could also try TrueCredit (A Transunion product) Same as the other; you can montior your three credit reports, though they can be weird if they decide you check your reports to often.
  4. There many websites provide this service but you have to remember; nothing for free. Example: www.freecreditreport.com Is a good website to monitor your Credit Cards but you have to pay service change 12.95 US$ monthly. Another solution: Your bank can open your account on their website and include your Credit Card into your account so you can monitor transaction from time to time. American Express Credit Card have their own website. they provide this service for free, they only charge you annual charges. I have only a little info to share Good luck....
