It has to be an Amex card though to be eligible; a partner Amex like BOA or Costco Amex won't work. You could also try TrueCredit (A Transunion product) Same as the other; you can montior your three credit reports, though they can be weird if they decide you check your reports to often.

Another solution: Your bank can open your account on their website and include your Credit Card into your account so you can monitor transaction from time to time.
