Why is my Equifax fico score different from two credit monitoring services if I opened on the same day?

Both scores are reported from Equifax NOT transunion or Experian. The name of the credit monitoring services I'm using are myfico and citi monitoring

1. Comapnies do not report to all three services respectvily. For example, smaller institutions and businesses you deal with my only send info the transunion while the big players send to all three.
