Where can I find find free firewall downloads, with secure privacy protection, on the net ?

Most free firewall downloads do not protect your identity, IP address, ports, cookies, and other private information. I use the PC Flank website to test the firewall's protection. So far, no free firewall download does not, adeqauately, protect the computer's information, IP address, or other user's private information. Thank You for your help and cooperation.

5. Actually most free firewalls such as Zonealarm and Sygate Personal firewall do protect your your PC from intrusion (if configured correctly). Pretty much any website you connect to is going to obtain your ip address, you cannot communicate with them otherwise. With almost every firewall there maybe a few ports that are open or appear open (this does not mean that it is unsecure). In terms of failed privacy checks, while this is somewhat important, it is not absolutely necessary to protect this information. I am unaware of any free solutions that can help you accomplish what you want. I'm sure you know that there are many solutions or combination of solutions that are not free that will meet you technical requirements. Keep in mind there is never a 100% secure solution, however you can try to eliminate as much risk as possible. Good Luck in your search.
