ID Theft

trying to get divorced,have full custody of daughter,she has used id theft for yrs. only married 1 or 2 yrs?

when i caught her in my bed w/ daughter watching tv & i came home early. I've been trying to get divorced & they don't get her. even with a server from court in l.i.,ny & lawyer said it's going to take long time for a divorce. I have learning disability & love my daughter & fourt for full custody & won. she's been eristed & just had son w/crazy boyfriend whose been in jail & beats her up. i moved to another state & will get half the money i got in ny. she has used id theft like crazy & even said she lost or they were stollen a few of the recent ones. Is this true that it's not going to matter cause they're not divorced & i'll still have to pay? I need a lot of help on this as it's very hard for me to do alone. Any suggestions will be appreciated? ;lawyer said if she can't get served, they'll put it in newpaper for a mo. then she'll be automatically divorced. what will happen w/ the id theft she even used her add w/ all my info. all lies. thanks 4 listening

1. Your question is very confusing. I think you should stick with the advise your lawyer gave you. He is the most knowledgeable about divorce where you live.
2. Your learning disability must be ADD. It is hard to follow what you are talking about as you skip from thought to thought. If your ex is stealing identities, she needs to be put in jail. And you probably belong there with her. It seems you know she has been stealing identities. So I would say you are an accessory to the crime.
